okay family so this week has been super crazy. As you all know that
i missed my plane in miami. Yes i got a hotel. AA payed for my room
and new ticket. I was travel leader. Those who have gone know that
means. I am in charge of calling if somthing happenes. loco i know.
Anyways my trainer and companion is from guatemateca. Hermana
Barreras. I love her. She understands a little english.. We are both
teaching each others idioma. Mi espanol es meyor ´pero ensena poco y
poco. AGHHH!!!! i am now empenzar mi palabras. spaniglish!!!
To answer everyones question yes i made. I love it. Everyone is
catholic but we get a chance in the door. There are some that are
evangelico. But its all good. I love the poeple. We get up in the
morning and study and lunch at a membrios hogar and than prostelyting
and contacting and use the membrios mucho. AGHH!!! i really do love it
here. I am in a town right now called masaya. Like messiah but spelled
masaya. jajaja...its supposed to get hotter next couple de meses. AGH
i love it though. Im sorry this email might be short. I had to read
all your letters. So long. Maybe see how cheap dearelders letters are.
i know we can get them. But i dont know when. But keep writing on
here. Anayways i love it. everyone
here is so loving. We dont really knock on doors. only sometimes. We
mostly say buenas here at the door. Also we eat dinner at membrio
house. She is amazing and does our laundry. She got my stains out of my
garments. almost all of them but she did. Yes i gave her my garments to
wash. Its ok....they are still in tact!!!! my companion does too. So
its ok.... Anyways....its super hot!!! and i drink a ton of water.!!!!!
BLAHHH oh well...anyways....... i was able to ask one of our
investigadors to be bautizado. Which was great. I loved it. The spirit
was with us when we taught. We have more that want the help but dont
really want it from us in way. landon you understand hopefully. Anways
its been great here. I really do love it. The people ask if i am from
guatemala and i have to explicar that i was born but am from the
states...jajaja. funniest thing. ellos pregunta enserio!!!!! jajaja-
makes me so happy. they say that i look like it so well that i fool
them....and i have had a few ask if i am from the philipines or tonga.
jaajjaja. funny how that works.
Im sending a picture of me and my companion. She really is
amazing. I love her. She has taught me so much. Brie she kinda reminds
me of you. Dont ask. ITs hard to explicar en palabras. Anyways. I
really do love her. She really is amazing. Im sorry dont have more.
This town kinda reminds me of flores........if i were to pick a town of
how it reminds me of seomthinhg. Anyways oh and guess what!!!! we do
have a show just not enough water so we fill buckets from the shower
water that we do recieve and guess what i shower in the shower with a
bucket of watere!!!!! just like the jungle.
anyways i really do love it here.
Time is going by fast. Will someone send me a calender
please.....Thanks!!!! Anyways i am so glad that i send home some of the
stuff i did. Oh by the way mom and dad AA airlines broke my bag. The
thing you pole the bag. The pole its bent at the end where the wheel is
anyways it still works but they broke it. Jerks!!!! anyways. I am out
of time. I love you all the CHurch is verdadero.!!!!! Everyones week
sounds so great. sorry if i didnt answer everyones questions.
By the ways my companion wants to go to BYU which is why i am
helping her learn english. and also i am supposed to help her and
other missionarios teach english and a musica de clase. And my mission
president is amazing. speaks and understands english just a little so
more spanish than english. jajaja. anyways i am out of time. thats our
study area and kitchen where i took the picture. so its bad. Love
you. No i didnt get a chance to get a picture with the president. the
elders stole my backpack and i didn{t get until well when i was
supposed to leave. oh yeah one fact about the food muy rico. red beans
and rice mixed togeterh and cacau its a drink amazing... and the
rojita. Anyways i am really out of time. next week i will do better.
