“They ask
for too much, and give too little.” This
line has been stuck in my head all week.
Someone once told this to a group.
“Though you don’t wear a name plaque on the outside, you do wear one on
the inside. Don’t be fooled. Everyone
watches” How is it that our actions truly set an
example to others. It’s been
interesting, but i have immediately thought of some of my investigators from
these two quotes. We continually talk
about Christ and what he has done for us.
And
now some of you want stories. Well i do not
have much of stories about any investigators.
Only that they are slowly falling.
Some we have had to just drop. It is because they are not
progressing. This is very sad. We have been working with this joven
lately. And he lately has been very
difficult. Meaning we can’t find him He
has the desire to change. But we have a
bump in the way. And when i mean bump I
mean a very big bump. And he is quite an
annoying bump. hahaha.... but he is still
being loved no matter what. But we now
fear he might have said something to this joven. But this joven is
named Steven. And this bump is his grandfather. He doesn’t like the
church let me just put it
that way Anyway…… it’s been very hard.
But like I said he does want to know more. Now it’s helping him. But
that too is a problem. We might have to
drop him as well for a time and then return.
But
anyways its been good. We recently found a family and put a fecha.
thier names are Jose jesus and lilian. They have potential but they
will need alot of help in the area of prayer. We have a other family
who works every sunday and yet want to know more. But we will work with
them. We will also work with them. But we also might have to drop
them for a time and return. alot of our investigators are new and need
alot of help but it will be with time. so that is why i have not yet
told stories. Because alot of them are either fault attendance to
church, or just not progressing, or one of the commandments. Its hard
to help them when they dont do their parts. That is why i have keep
this saying in my head. "They ask for too much and give too little" for
me they ask for the help to know more, they have the desire but do not
do their part. Its hard to see that they cant progress. and we invite
to be baptised and they do not want. Which is why some we drop so fast.
Because they will not go to another church or be baptized for a second
time. as some do say. But that is about it for now about those
investigators. Mostly pray for them.
But
mom Yes to answer your question. Granada is like antigua. It
beautiful. This place and for sure masaya are the two places i love
most. but there are some people that yes are nice and some no. I love
it here. Its amazing.
This
last week we had a friend sneak into our house. But i will tell more
next week. And as for changes no i dont know if we have changes. but
we will know tomorrow.

i told you about my companion in my first letter in this area. But she
is a convert of 3 years. She is from guatemala. She used to be
catholic. She has such a strong testimony. and as helped me so much.

for christmas..... probably just movies, and skirts (plain color), and
shirts ( that are good for hot weather but if stretched from washing
dont look baggy.) and also a towel that Romney wanted. the funny
matierial that dries really fast. dont remember what material. like i
have been telling you. oh and also usbs with music. sibs that means
when you go to the house for the wedding you can `pass some good church
music of something to mom to include with my music with my list from my
computer.
But
anyways brie chad i dont know a specific date for your guys wedding so
if its this week. congrats. and loves and hugs. Also tell those who
have birthdays happy birthday. I do not know everyones. Mom your is the
22 yes. and westons is the 25? right. anyways... love you tons. i have
to go. i will write more next week.
