Sister Natessa Hansen's Teachings in Nicaragua: The Work Needs To Be Done (August 5, 2013 Letter)

Dearest family and friends

Ok so this week has been a big challenge for me. Lets just say satan has been working very hard but also the lord has been a miracle worker. He really does live and i love him and his son. Thats about it. hahaha. BROMA!!!!!!
Anyways... this week we had a bautismo. Heck yes. It was good. and amazing. And another soul lived. So her name is samantha. She is 11 years old. She is bright and though it was a little hard to teach her la ley de castidad. hahaha. we still were able to teach her. Though he life has been sad....... she is still bright and has the light of christ. She now lives with her sister and her two nieces. There mother died. and their father is still living. But the great thing was that she wanted to be baptized. She wanted to change her life around. When she was a little younger she had a problem with her foot. Dont remember exaclty but she had surgery and she walks with a limp but is just a sweet daughter of god. She has the light of christ and she attends church.

We have two other investigators whose names are Mario and Maria José. They are both bright but have a lot going in thier life. But they do want to change and love coming to church. They both came this last week which was good. Maria José is the sister to Melanie. She is the one we baptized last week. Her sister is in the brown dress. and mario i think is also is in the photos. But look again. But they continually progress but still need help. So pray for them.

We have another investigator who has a testimony but we are waiting for his divorcment to finish. So we are waiting for him. So there is another one that needs to be prayed for. But he is ready and loves the church.

Also have a few more but the thing is sometimes they cant make it to church. And they do want to change but may also need to have a answer. So pray for them.

Today we went to the PLAYA!!!!!!! Its called the Flor!!! we went to go see the tortugas. Yeah i forgot they dont come out until night time. But we got to play in the water and eat yummy watermelon and RICO!!! gallopinto! ... that was fun. I will send pictures of that from today. So mostly today has been chill. and now i am writing you all my wonderful people.
But just know that i really do love doing missionary work. I know my savior lives. I am closer to him than ever. Though he as taught me through all my trials weekly how i can become stronger and a better person I am becoming closer to thee. I am grateful for the gospel and the sone jesus christ. I know he lives as well. I am grateful for his atonement. And i continually learn more and more. Do his work. Do the missionary work. As memebers you have a great responisiblity. Though we do as well, it through you members that we recieve a child of god to bring unto him. We teach through the spirit and baptize. But its through our example as members to do that. Though in the moment it might not be thier time, we as missionaries and you as members help prepare them through your example. Do his work. Remember he loves you and remember i love you. I pray for all of you daily.. I love emails. So continue to write.
